The tourist tax ( €1 person/night, up to 7 nights and people over 16 years old ) and the damage deposit ( €300 blocking of the credit card that is returned 3 days after departure ) are not included. included in the price, these will be paid two to three days before the check-in.

Cancellation policy: The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 60 days before the arrival date. The client must pay the total price of the reservation if he cancels during the 60 days before the arrival date. 

Casa Marisa is located in a natural environment on the outskirts of the fishing village of Les Cases de Alcanar, famous for its gastronomy and its beaches, the les cases promenade less than 5 minutes walk from the house.
